Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for astrology consultations and services provided by Astromasster.
By booking a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Consultation Services
Astrology consultations involve personalized time, analysis, and preparation, and therefore are generally non-refundable once the consultation is delivered.
If a consultation has already been conducted, no refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made in advance, as per the communication instructions provided during booking. Inform rescheduling atleast 4 hours earlier.
Astromasster reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests based on availability and timing.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors during payment processing.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. 7 working days for processing of resceduling and double payment cases.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Astromasster does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking information.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any delays caused by banking institutions are beyond Astromasster control.
